David Hyde Pierce Wins Tony Award for his work to end Alzheimer's
Alzheimer Champion David Hyde Pierce is the 2010 recipient of the Tony Awards® Isabelle Stevenson Award, recognizing an individual from the theater community who "has made a substantial contribution of volunteered time and effort on behalf of one or more humanitarian, social service or charitable organization." Pierce is being honored for his work with the Alzheimer's Association in the fight against Alzheimer's disease.

The Green-Field Library is a national, privately funded resource facility providing information, materials and services on Alzheimer’s disease. Located in the Association’s national office in Chicago, it is the nation’s largest library and resource center specifically devoted to increasing knowledge about the clinical, scientific and social aspects of Alzheimer's and related dementias.
